Our Entrepreneurship Training initiative is designed to help young men turn their lives around through structure, mentorship, practical opportunity, and a real pipeline toward stability, ownership, and redemption.
This program helps participants move from survival thinking to purposeful living. Through trade pathways, apprenticeships, local business connections, college enrollment support, Pathway Mentorship, and business development training, we help young men build a future rooted in work, discipline, responsibility, and ownership.

While pursuing training and opportunity, young men also participate in Pathway Mentorship to strengthen accountability, discipline, leadership, mindset, and life direction. Our mission is to revitalized our community from within through spirtual and community development
Business Formation Training
We teach participants how to move from worker to owner by helping them understand business basics such as forming an LLC, obtaining an EIN, opening a business account, and operating with integrity.
Digital Business Infrastructure
Through our partner XPI Solutions, participants can access the digital infrastructure needed to operate professionally, including a website and foundational business presence online.
